EMC Cradle, a unit of EMC Group, successfully organized a blood donation camp today at the OCM Mills campus in Amritsar. The initiative aimed to provide health support to the underprivileged sections of society and raise awareness about the importance of blood donation.

Highlighting the significance of the event, Mrs. Samiksha Arora, Director of EMC Group, emphasized the value of blood donation. She stated, “Blood donation is the greatest gift, as it serves as a means to give someone a new lease on life. When we donate blood, it not only helps save the lives of patients in need but also strengthens the spirit of humanity and cooperation in society.”
She further explained that blood donation also benefits donors themselves by accelerating the process of blood regeneration in the body and offering numerous health advantages. Mrs. Arora reiterated EMC Group’s commitment to fulfilling its social responsibility through such initiatives and encouraging people to participate in this noble cause.
During the camp, a significant amount of blood was collected, which will be distributed to various hospitals and blood banks in the region. A special team of doctors and healthcare professionals conducted health screenings for participants and educated them about precautions to be taken before and after donating blood.
