Amritsar: The free OPD services launched last week by EMC Group at Red Cross Complex, Old Jail Road, Amritsar, have seen a surge in patients availing the benefits. EMC Group Chairman Pawan Arora announced that screening will now be conducted for patients requiring indoor treatment.
As per the plan outlined by the EMC Medical Board, a team of doctors led by Chairman Pawan Arora will visit the Red Cross Complex weekly to conduct screenings and medical examinations. Staying true to their initial promise, if a patient is found during screening to be unable to bear the costs of indoor treatment, EMC Group will provide free medical care to such needy individuals.
Chairman Pawan Arora expressed that this initiative is a tribute to his late father, Shri Chaman Lal Ji, whose dream was to serve the underprivileged through accessible healthcare. EMC Group is committed to realizing this vision, carrying forward the legacy of Shri Chaman Lal Ji’s noble ideals.
