MRI and USG scans revealed a large cyst (measuring 35×15×12 cm) in her right ovary. Although all tumor markers were normal, suggesting the cyst was benign, a repeat ultrasound at EMC Cradle showed the cyst had grown significantly — now measuring 55×14×10 cm. It contained fluid, a daughter cyst, and multiple septations, indicating a more complicated structure.
